Our Pelvic Core Fitness class is going online! A class designed for everyone to strengthen the whole pelvic core neuromuscular system.
Our 3D approach to the pelvic core will work through feet and ankles, hips and low back and into thoracic spine for a functional connection. Integration not isolation! So leave those kegels at home!
The pelvic core neuromuscular system sounds complicated but everyone’s got one – so this class is designed for all! If you’re recently post partum, post post post partum, male, female, experiencing pelvic pain or dysfunction or just wanting to connect to and understand your body differently – we want to move with you!
