Your first session is comprised of a movement assessment and a chat about your goals…your health, fitness and life priorities… to create a movement and exercise plan that you will enjoy and is tweaked to your unique needs.
Your whole movement pattern (chain reaction) will be evaluated and incorporated into a program including any specific areas that require special attention. The Hips, Ankle/Foot and Thoracic Spine are the main focus at The Movement Co. You will do some specific functional, active mobility movements to get motion in these areas as well as specific areas of your body that need help. Then you will do movements in three dimension so you own that new motion you gained. You will use some resistance or stability equipment or just move in an open room…whatever it takes to help you be successful and support the movements you want to do with ease and endurance!
